- Michael Myers' mask is a Captain
Kirk mask painted white. - J
- Addition:
This is true. John Carpenter was
good friends with Gene Rodenberry
when he was shooting Halloween.
Gene allowed him to go through some
star trek props and came across
a rubber mould which was used to
make a wax model of Captain Kirk's
head. It had exactly the blank,
emotionless expression that John
had been looking for. - squigs
- Correction:
Actually it was said
that they found the Captain
Kirk mask in a costume shop
in Hollywood. They brought it
to the set and painted it white,
cut the sideburns off and frizzed
up the hair a little. I don't
know where you got your information
from. (Source: The Making of
Halloween) - Mikey
- Correction:
In Halloween, they needed
to find a mask for the main
character (Michael Myers), they
went to a local hardware store
and found a William Shattner
mask that was actually used
in the 60's for a show called
"Devil's Rain"-they
spray painted the face white
and teased out the hair - that
became Michael Myers. - Angie

- Michael Myers is always played by a stunt
man. The stunt man that was used in Halloween
Curse of Michael Myers was a drunk the last
fifteen minutes of the film he got so drunk
they replaced him you can tell because he
suddenly loses weight. - Joe
- Correction:
Actually, they had to scrap the original
ending because Donald Pleasance died.
However, George Wilbur wasn't available
for the reshoots so they had to bring
in A. Michael Lerner. That's why it was
a different Michael at the end, not because
he was drunk. - Mojo67821

inch knife. - Mike

- When Keri/Laurie gets out of the car, she
tells Molly (Michelle Williams) to drive down

a different mask than he's wearing during
the whole movie. - Devo
- When Keri/Laurie is at the gate of the school,
she talks to an older woman by an older car.
That woman is Jamie Lee Curtis' mom in real

car that Janet Leigh is driving is like the
one she buys in Psycho. (Source: movie) -

towed away in the movie, there was a deleted
scene you can watch on the dvd in which the

- When people hear the name Hannibal they
think of the sequel to the unforgettable Silence
of the Lambs. Hannibal is actually the third
book in the Dr. Lecter trilogy. Known by most
big fans that Manhunter was Lecter's first

The title of the first book is Red Dragon
not Manhunter. Manhunter was the name
of the straight-to-video movie version
of the book. - Hellbabe
- Comment: It
is hard to consider Hannibal the third
book in the Dr. Lecter trilogy. Hannibal
barely played a role in the book Red Dragon.
Silence of the lambs and Hannibal are
more like spinoffs of Red Dragon then
sequels to it. - bballer12

- The deck of the aircraft carrier where most
of the action takes place, was built up atop
a cliff facing the sea. The Gnats coming in
for landing just flew over at low altitude
and never landed on, nor took off from the
deck. Nor did they operate from a real carrier,
since they lack the necessary equipment to
do so, and the US Navy anyhow wouldn't have
allowed non-Navy aircraft to land on a carrier.

show other aircraft than Gnats. - Olav
