• In the scene where the Goblin attacks time square if you look carefully on the balcony where Harry and MJ are you can see Stan Lee the creator of Spider-Man making a quick cameo. • In the movie they give a couple of references to other Spider-Man villains. Example when Peter says before the Goblin attacks for the first time that he got fired from Dr. Connors in which in the comic Dr. Connors was a scientist who accidentally transforms him self into a lizzard creature called the lizzard. Also at the Bugle Jamison says make Eddie make copies. Eddie in the comics worked at the bugle and hated Peter and which he finds an alien costume and becomes probably the most dangerous of all Venom. (Source: DVD) - TAZ
