• In April's basement when the turtles are fighting the ninjas, Casey Jones (the hockey mask dude) busts in to save the day. The goof is that when the door opens and the basement is lit up by the outside light, Michelangelo swings a punch at a ninja and clearly misses but the ninja falls down in pain. All together now: huh ? - steelflesh

• On the farm, the movie cuts scene of the turtles practicing in a field to one of Ks cutting carrots with a sword. The thin is: Kc doesn't use a sword and during the scene before it showed Leonardo with one in each hand, and if that weren't bad enough, after he's done (in the same scene) and is rubbing April's shoulders, some Michelangelo and Raphael enter the kitchen indicating that they, along with the other to JUST got back from training. - Igore

• When Raph is beat up and thrown down April's apartment, the rest of the turtles go to see if he is ok. As they move him around, take a close look at his shell, I thought turtle shells were suppose to be a a lot harder than that. - crazyJ

• (Crew/equipment visible) When the turtles are playing trivial pursuit at the farmhouse and Leo busts in saying "Splinters alive", When they all stand up and Leo says "I don't think, I know", You can see a wire hanging out of the bottom of his shell, My guess is its a wire for the anamorphic heads. • (Revealing mistakes) The first time we see the turtles when Leo jumps out in the sewers and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles title comes on, as soon as they jump out you can see long white socks (that's what I think they are) on Leo, Mikey, and Donny. (DVD) - Joey

• (Revealing mistakes) When Donny is skateboarding through the sewer to go see Mikey, when donny does his spin on the skateboard you can see a human hand sweep across the screen when its supposed to be Donny's. (DVD) - Joey

Commented Goofs

• When Raphael gets beat up on the roof of April's Antique store, it shows a Foot soldier dumping his sais onto another part or off of the roof. (I could never quite tell witch it was) Either way, he gets knocked unconscious until later at the farm, so when the rest of the turtles fled from the burning building- who knew to go and get them? and it's obvious he doesn't have any more, or why else would he be so pissed after loosing one at the beginning of the movie? - Igore
  • Comment: FYI, there was a deleted scene from the movie (one that wasn't even filmed, but still in the script; it made its appearance in the comic version of the movie) where Raph was making a new pair of sais himself to replace the pair he lost in said battle... don't jump to conclusions. - Cren

• After the fight in April's place, when the turtles, Kc and April escape through the trapdoor, the guy leading the Foot soldiers (baldy) says "Ninja: Vanish!" indicating that it's time to go, but by this time, the building was already on fire. My question is: do they pick up their dozens of unconscious comrades or do they let them burn? - Igore
