• When Sidney was sitting down talking to the detective her necklace says OKB then the detective gets up and when they show Sidney again its backwards! - Road Dogg

• After <blank#1> gets back into the house after walking her dog at the end of the movie, <blank#2> asks <blank#1> if she wants to watch a movie you can see <blank#3> in the background trip over the moviebox but the person acts like they didn't trip its pretty funny. - Johnny

• When everybody is in the house of the actress that plays Sid for Stab 3 the electricity goes off, but the fax machine still prints out pages the killer/or killers are sending the helpless victims. The pool light is still on too.. - Da King

• In the beginning when the killer is trying to kill *****, he pulls a book case on the killer, but if you look carefully you see that the killer slides to the side, despite the fact that the book case is meant to have hit him. - Da King

• Dewey rolls down a hill after shooting at the killer. The cut on his forehead changes shape from circular to two parallel lines then to a straight line and a waved one. - Da King

• When Tyson is running down the stairs he says something and his lips don't move. - Da King

• Gale and Dewey are pulling books off the shelf and one hits Gale right in the face! - Da King

• Towards the end of the movie Sidney stabs the killer but she shouldn't be able to because the killer still has the bulletproof vest on.

• At the part where the reporter girl is making a speech to everyone it shows a back view of her, her hair is cut and all through the rest of the movie her hair is long. - Michael Bauder

• This scene really bothers me. Where Sidney is in the bathroom in the stab 3 studio alone. Well if their really that worried about her safety why didn't they send in a security guard with her? Total goof there. - Raymond

• In the beginning of the movie when it shows "Hollywood" it does not show that it shows "Hollwood". (VHS) - bec

• In the first scream movie they were coming out with stab, and in the scream 2 movie stab is coming out in the theatres, and in the scream 3 they were making stab 3. ok whatever happened to stab 2? - bec

• In the part where Sidney is in the house on the stab 3 set and she's running to get away from the killer. She goes into the room that had a drop. Well if you look carefully at the bottom you won't see anything however when the killer comes in and Sidney knocks him down there is a bed that magically appears. HMMM where did that come from? • When Sidney goes to rescue Gale and Doey the detective shows up and shoots ghostface you can see feathers coming out of his chest. Total give away. (VHS) - Jaybird

• In the scene where Sarah goes into the stab studio looking for Roman. She's says "Roman". But she next says "Ronin". The only mistake she ever made. The editors just forgot to fix it. (DVD) - Smiley

• When Cotton goes into his apartment and is looking for {blank} the TV is on and is showing his talk show 100% Cotton. Well the problem is that the show is actually on at 3:30 in the afternoon. So what's it doing on at 8:00 at night? (VHS) - Smarty

Commented Goofs

• Dewey said he took Sidney's file but it was on the Detective's desk. - Da King
  • Comment: It was mentioned that Dewey said he stole the file on Sid but that the detective had it later in the movie but using common sense when Sidney looks through the file she sees newspaper clippings from woodsboro and the murders when she went to college. Police do not keep files like that because they don't have time to run from town to town getting newspaper clipping of everyone it's obvious that this is the detectives own file because it's made clear through out the movie he has a large interest in her. - Me

• Jennifer say's her character gets killed third in stab3 but later she says her character is the killer in stab3, this might be because there were 3 different scripts for stab3, I don't know. - Jesus
  • Comment: When Jennifer says she gets killed 3rd in the film, and then says that she is the killer in Stab 3 to the ghostface, she is just trying to confuse the real killer in a hope that he/she won't kill her - that's how I see it anyway. - kc
  • Comment: Also adding to the one about Jennifer saying she's the killer in Stab3. It was mention in the film that there were 3 versions of it, so she could of been the killer in one of the other ones. - nikki

Corrected Goofs

• The movie the people are making should be Stab 2 not Stab 3 because in scream 2 they were just making Stab. - Shane
  • Correction: Shane, what happened is they had Stab in the second one and had the third one in 3. In between 2 and 3 they made Stab2. - nikki

• At the start when cottons girlfriend has got out the shower. She dries herself including her feet, but when she runs away from the killer she slips over because her feet are wet....but they where dry. - abrokencircle
  • Correction: We never actually see Christine drying her feet. We see her standing there and then she drops the towel. She steps on it so the bottoms of her feet shouldn't be wet. But her legs and ankles were never dried off completely. - Angel

• In the beginning of the movie, Cotton's girlfriend just gets out of the shower and her hair is dry. - Ekmbd11
  • Correction: When she is in the bedroom we see her taking her hair down. This means that she probably didn't wash her hair just her body. - Angel

• At the end when the killer is fighting, his/her hair gets lighter than darker. - Da King
  • Explanation: The reason the killer's hair was two different colors was explained that they took a break in filming the movie. (DVD) - Hot-T
