  • The first time you see Sid and Hallie in the cop car Sid is behind the driver. In the next scene with them Hallie is behind the driver. - iamhillary@hotmail.com
    • Comment: When Sid and Hallie get into the cop car, Sid originally sits behind the driver. In the Scream DVD set, there are bloopers from Scream 2 and it shows Sid and Hallie play the game where you get out of the car at the lights and run around to another door. Unfortunately, filming continued with the two girls swapped. NB. The blooper also showed that the two rear doors were able to be opened from the inside. - kc
  • In the middle when Sidney and Hallie are on their way to a 'safe' place, the killer breaks the window glass with a little hit from his elbow. Then when the girls are trying to get out of the car they are pounding on the windows with their feet and all their might, but the glass won't break.
    • Comment: In the part w/ the two in the back of the car the windows are not supposed to be broken because its a COP CAR if those windows were made just like yours and my car has there would be alot less jail birds if they can run faster than the cops with (handcuffs on) - charms
    • Comment: You said the glass didn't brake for the back of the police car, but he easily smashed the front...Well police cars are designed for that. The to front windows never have glass so someone can't break free only the back ones do. - Da King
  • When Gale is hiding from the killer, Duey comes in the room on the other side of the glass and he starts pounding at the glass to get Gale's attention, she can't hear him. But, when the killer is on the other side & he starts pounding on the glass with his fists and you can hear it perfectly. - jessica
    • Correction: You said that we shouldn't have heard the killer pounding on the glass cause Gale couldn't hear Dewey. We'll the killer opened the door a fourth way oped, so she hears the pounding from the killers side. - Da King
      • Correction: Actually, the reason that Gale could hear the killer banging on the window later is because the door to the room was open. - Jane
    • Correction: You mentioned that Gale can't hear Dewey in the sound room, but she hears the killer banging on the glass. This is because Dewey, before being stabbed, turned on the microphone connecting the two rooms. - Sean Mearns
  • When the killer is at the sorority house, and is attacking a "certain person" (I won't mention any names) on the balcony, the amount of blood on his knife doesn't change between the 2nd and 3rd stabbings. It's in the same spot and there isn't any more or any less. - jessica
  • When <blank> is being thrown off the balcony, on the DVD version, if you pause it just right you will see a stunt man behind the trees helping <blank> with his/her fall. - SkiLip
  • When Gale is behind the glass we here (*****) being stabbed to death, we can hear a struggle and some squishy noises, but when Gale is looking at that we see the killers reflection on the glass, not doing anything. - Da King
  • When Sarah Michelle Gellar is about to be stabbed in the back just before <blank> is about to stab her you can see there is already blood on the back of her shirt. - Killer_2000
  • When Sydney first is leaving the dorm rooms at the beginning of the movie as she is leaving look at the door as she is leaving u will see that the door has a handle that u push or push down yet the next seen u see her go out the door's but the door's now have no handle's check it out! - the chossen one
    • Correction: At the beginning of the movie when Sid is coming out from the dorms, and the goof was when she opened the door there was a handle and when she is outside there is no handle. Well I was looking at the scene and if look when Sid is opening the door to go outside, there is another door behind those sets of doors that has a handle! But these sets of doors don't! So there are two doors that she has to walk through, one w/ handle and one w/ no handle. So that is not a goof! - KillahJJ
  • Randy would have had to receive bloody good year 12 results to get accepted into that film school. Are we supposed to believe an idiot like him did that well? - The Big J
  • Also, where did Sidney find time to study, with all that happened to her? Also, Sidney going to film school is contrived, because in the first we receive no hint about her future aspirations, the film makers just added it in, with no evidence to support her passion! - The Big J
  • Randy corrects another boy about a quote in "Aliens", but Randy was wrong and the boy was right. - The Big J
  • When [blank] gets thrown of her two storied building to her death, at the bottom right hand corner of your screen you can see a man pop his head over the balcony for about a second. It's funny if you can see it. I think he wanted to be in the movie. - Malorie

Explained Goofs

  • After Sid and Derek have kiss and she gets in the cop car behind Derek you can see a figure run passed, maybe viewers are supposed to notice this but I didn't till 5 minutes ago. - Jesus
    • The person that you see running in the background was one of the frat brothers who later hung Derek literally from the rafters for giving her his frat necklace to Sidney. - Hot-T
