• In the scene where the reporter was talking in front of the camera and kids were making faces behind her, the reporter punches this guy and he falls on a black mattress meant to break his fall. Upon close up of the kid on the ground, the black mattress is gone. - prootski

• When the guy is chasing the girl up the stair's she pushes a piano you can see the glar or the camera just before it hits the old lady. - Grant

• Before the killer is gonna kill Buffie Gilmore he punch himself with the knife on his head, you can clearly see that he has some blood on his mask. But on shot later it is gone. Weird? Yes. - scary fan

• When the sheriff pours coffee into Cindy's cup you can see it's black. But when she drops it, it's obviously mixed with milk.
  

• (Revealing mistakes) When Buffy is in the changing room alone she hears "Red Rum" being called out. When she moves look at the top right hand pillar, you can clearly see a bit of scream's coat. You know it's him because he steps out of there. (DVD) - macca_j

• In the scene where the girl jumps up like the matrix and is about to kick, and the scream guy is about to stab her but is stopped, if you pause it you can clearly see that it is not a real person there, because the bottom part of his body is gone. I saw this on the trailer of the movie. It might have been fixed for the actual movie. - Psycho_Kracker

• In the part where Cindy is shaving in the bathtub she shaves her face and when she does that she shaves over some hair from her head and it doesn't get damaged. - matt
  • Comment: The part when Cindy is in the bathtub and she's shaving her face and tongue if you look closley...her hair is stuck to her face and she goes over it with the razor...it's funny but they should've at least moved her hair!!! (VHS/DVD) - April

Explained Goofs

• There's a "monk's reward" at the end of the credits, which shows Doofy being intimate with a vacuum. If he wasn't really retarded, what's he doing with it? - The Big J
