• In the opening of this movie, James Bond breaks into some chemical facilities, and he is enclosed by some guards. These guards subdue 006, and intend to kill Bond. At this point, Bond's hair is long. The guards "kill" 006, and James escapes. When he gets out the facilities, by an alternative exit, his hair is short!!! All of a sudden. - Olavo SC

• In the teaser after 006 and 007 meet up they climb out of the vents in the ground. When Bond leans against the wall and it bounces twice. - Dr. Crawford

• When Alec is about to get shot in the Weapons Facility he lips out the number 2 as Ourmorov does then he says his line. - Dr. Crawford

• The front right light of Ourumov's car gets broken at the beginning of the tank chase, but is fixed later in the chase. - Dr. Crawford

• A missile fires out of the antenna cradle, but later there is no place for a missile to shoot out of. - Dr. Crawford

• It would be impossible for Bond to jump from the antenna-gantry to the helicopter in the scene near the movies end. The helicopter couldn't have been so close without smashing its rotor against the gantry. - Olav Westerman

• In the beginning of the movie Bond Bungie-Jumps off a dam. At the end of the first sequence they're on a mountain. Aren't dams usually at bottom of canyons? - Sims

• (Continuity) Early on in the movie, when the Admiral that Xenia Onatopp killed is discovered in the close on the yacht, his mouth is a straight line. However, after he falls out of the closet and lands on the floor, he has a smile on his face. - Melanie

• (Revealing mistakes) At the beginning of the movie, during the race between the Ferrari and the Aston Martin, when the Ferrari goes spinning, you can clearly see that the driver is a man (stuntman) instead of Onatop. (VHS) - Amar Haddadi

• (Factual errors) When Boris is explaining "Spike" to Natalia at Severnaya the map on the computer screen shows the Soviet Union instead of Russia, although it is set after the Soviet Union's break-up. - Jervis
