- The grill on Dodge Rams is one piece - not
separate like the producers made it for the
purpose of allowing Seagal to handcuff someone
to the center bar of the grill... - Scott
- When DMX is getting some money in his house
the reflection of the camera crew is clearly
visible. - David
- In the beginning shoot-out, one of the bad
guys (dressed like a police officer) is hit
by a vehicle. In this scene he is obviously
a terribly-made dummy. - David
- In the beginning shoot-out, one of the police
cars flips over. If you look, you will see
a little springboard at the bottom of the
car that launches it upward. - David
- Near the end of the movie, after the big
bust, Orin is being dragged along a gravel-topped
roof by a rope ladder attached to a helicopter.
There is an overhead shot during the scene
which reveals tracks in the gravel from stunt
rehearsals and previous takes. - Danny

- Towards the beginning, you see DMX and Anthony
Anderson go to a sports car dealership in
a yellow hummer. After some searching and
some funny dialogue between Anderson and the
car dealer, DMX finds the car he wants. Both
him and Anderson drive off in it and you see
them driving fast and having a good time.
Problem is, they left their yellow hummer
at the car dealership! - Timbo
- Latrell (DMX) goes to his apartment and
among other things changes out of his street
clothes into an expensive maroon suit. Then
he leaves. Later though, he's seen going back
into the apartment wearing the same street
clothes he'd previously changed out of, and
he didn't take them with him or go back to
the apartment. - OKSAN
- (Audio/visual unsynchronised) In the film's
first shootout on the bridge, toward the finish,
Seagal is engaged in this shootout using a
semi-auto pistol. But the sound effects are
for a full-auto machine gun. (DVD) - Kieth

- (Revealing mistakes) At about 32 minutes,
Seagal is getting leaving work and gets involved
in a conversation with a co-worker. Seagal
makes a point of showing us he's unlocking
his truck door with his remote, but why is
the alarm on? He left the window down! And
it's been raining! (DVD) - Kieth

- (Continuity) There's a shootout in the lab
building at about DVD marker 35:12. Seagal
is shooting at a bad guy yet there are no
impact/bullet holes/hits near the bad guy.
When the camera angle changes there are seven
bullet holes in the wall next to the bad guy...but
Seagal has only fired maybe five shots. When
the camera angle changes back to Seagal, he
fires two more. Seagal continues shooting
at the one bad guy until DVD marker 35:15.
The final total is shots fired by Seagal:
10, bullet holes near the bad guy: 17. (DVD)

- (Continuity) At about DVD marker 1:01 DMX's
character has been blindfolded and taken into
the Heroin lab. He is able to meet the "boss,"
in a room with all the blinds drawn, and during
the tour we see him make note of a neon sign
for a nearby dry-cleaning establishment. Later
at marker 1:11, we find out that DMX's character
has been secretly filming all of his meetings
with the bad cops, including that first meeting
with the "boss." We watch the video
tape of that meeting and due to it being a
different camera angle, we see that the blinds
near the boss were open all the time and there's
a (submarine) sandwich shop across the street..,
we didn't need the dry-cleaner's sign. (DVD)

- (Factual errors) At DVD marker 1:26:53 the
Chief has finished firing his shotgun, watch
a blue/yellow flame burn at the shotgun's
barrel opening. Real guns/bullets don't do
that. Many movie guns are made/altered to
fire only jets/bursts of butane or other gas,
in order to keep actors and crew safe from
firearm accidents. (DVD) - Kieth

- (Factual errors) When Seagal is taken hostage,
he's handcuffed (for the second in his movie
career, see "Under Siege") with
a set of handcuffs that have about a 12"
link chain on them. I've been a cop since
1976 and I've never seen a pair of handcuffs
used with that type of chain. Leg cuffs, maybe,
but handcuffs no! (DVD) - Kieth

- What might the odds be? Here in Los Angeles,
the LAPD Evidence/Narcotics Laboratory is
at "Piper-Tech (Erwin C. Piper Technical
Building to be exact)," and in this movie,
set in Detroit, the Detroit Police keep their
analyzed narcotics at "Piper-Tech."
