- In the last fight scene, when Bourne is
in the building with Julia Stiles and the
other guy, it is night outside. Although it
is night, when the bad guy is walking through
the building, daylight is shining in from
the windows. = Big Goof. (Theatre) - Sport23b
- After getting off the fishing boat, Matt
Damon is given some cash with the explanation
"I know it isn't much...." or something
like that, But when he gets on the TGV train
, we see him in riding in the first-class
section! (maybe he did it on purpose, but
it seems like he could spend his money better
considering his situation at that point in
the movie) My French friend who had rode this
same train pointed it out to me. (And yes,
this was before he got to the bank and got
money of his own.) - drleephd
- (Continuity) During the Parisian chase scene
in which Jason Bourne drives the old Cooper
Mini, a quick shot to the steering wheel turning
reveals the bold logo "MINI". Yet
only a little later during the same chase,
another cut to the steering wheel reveals
the logo "Cooper" has replaced the
first one. - Bruce
- (Plot holes) Jason Bourne goes to the Garde
du Nord to conceal his red bag with a stash
of cash in a pay locker. Why is unclear. Later
in the movie, as he encourages Marie to leave
with her old boyfriend with the two children
he offers her the red bag with the cash, which
seems to have magically reappeared. - Bruce
- (Continuity) On the fire escape at the American
Embassy, Jason opens the door and steps out
onto fresh snow. He attempts to get to the
roof by standing on the railing, but the bolts
securing the platform give and he lands on
the platform that has been swept clear of
snow. When the guards step out on the platform
again however, the snow has once again accumulated.
- Bruce
- (Revealing mistakes) When Bourne first gets
off the boat, he walks into the town. You
see a blue 3 wheeled truck pass between Bourne
and the camera, and he disappears. If you
look closer you can see Bourne running, crouching
beside the truck. - Craig
- (Continuity) In the scene where Bourne and
Marie are in the mini trying to escape from
the police after Bourne hides the bank bag
in a locker at the train station, and just
before they ditch the car in a parking garage,
there are a couple of times where the camera
shows the steering wheel while they are driving.
The first time the steering wheel is in the
shot, on the horn it says "mini".
The second time it says "cooper"
Very small detail, but I happened to just
get a glimpse of it. - Hodie
- (Revealing mistakes) Towards the end of
the movie, in the scene where Bourne kicks
the body of an assassin off of the stairs
and rides it down to the floor below. Just
before he starts to kick the body he loads
a magazine into his handgun. Half way down
he fires ONE round into the head of another
assassin. When he hits the ground the slide
on bourne's handgun is locked back as if he
has an empty magazine. Then he loads another
magazine into the weapon at the bottom of
the stairs. The mag he loaded at the top of
the stairs must have only been a single round
magazine. :D Ha Ha. - Hodie
- (Continuity) In the car chase there is a
deliberate shot of the steering wheel that
shows the MINI emblem. A few shots later if
you look closely you can read the word copper
on the wheel. (DVD) - stonefish
- (Continuity) In the scene where they are
changing the girls hair, the tattoo on her
shoulder shifts from one shoulder to the next
with just about every shot. (DVD) - stonefish
- (Continuity) Bourne is hiding from a Marine
pursuit on an outside ledge of the US Embassy.
When he first opens the door, the landing
has newly fallen snow, which is partially
brushed off by the door swinging open, then
entirely comes off when the landing breaks
from its support. When the Marines open the
door to inspect the landing, it again has
new snow! The legs of the Marine look suspiciously
like those of Bourne. - JPD
- (Continuity) In the scene where Bourne is
in the bank and places his hand on the scanner
for identity: after the scan he removes his
hand so that the view shows each fingerprint
being read. The next shot is of the bank attendant
leading him away, and Bourne's hand is still
on the scanner. - EmmyD
